Third call kick off workshop was launched in Erbil /Ramada Hotel for three days 4th,5th, and 6th of July 2023. within the Women’s First Voices program, the proposed new partner organizations were presented and got to know Cordaid team. The objective of the workshop was to strength the partners capacities and increase their knowledge on Theory of Change development and results framework (indicators) – Toc Puzzle.As we continue to expand our network and strengthen our partnerships, this workshop serves as a vital platform to foster collaboration, exchange knowledge, and align our efforts towards promoting women’s rights in Iraq.

workshop provided an in-depth introduction to Cordaid, our mission, and our partnership approach. It also offered valuable sessions on project design and planning, capacity building, resource mobilization, risk management, and communication strategies, among other essential topics. Partners discussed the narrative reporting and the financial requirements and reporting for the project.

They were given training in everything related to the human resources department. Strengthening Collaboration and Capacity Building Results-Based Management and Monitoring also on financial and procurement systems.

The partners exchanged and learned from each other on the different projects / proposals. also provided  Training on setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) indicators discussion on monitoring and evaluation strategies
